Please use this section to view some common how-to’s for getting the most out of your Internet connection. If a problem exists please contact our helpful 24-hour Help Desk at (441) 497-7000 or 

 If you need to call us for technical support, it would be especially helpful if you could be at your computer, and have the following information readily available:

  • The type of computer you are using (e.g. PC or Macintosh)
  • The type of operating system you are running (e.g. Windows XP, Windows 7 or MacOS X)
  • The type of software you’re using (e.g. Microsoft Outlook, Entourage)
  • The brand and model of your modem
  • The exact wording of any error message(s) you received
  • Your account username (login ID)

It would also be very helpful to know:

  • Whether or not you have always experienced the problem
  • What change(s) you made prior to the problem occurring
  • What steps you have taken in an attempt to fix the problem
  • If you have checked our Support section or FAQs for information on the problem
  • If you have contacted our Help Desk previously for assistance
