Start Microsoft Outlook and go to the File tab and click the +Add Account button or the Account Settings button and New…
Select Manually configure server settings or additional server types and click Next.
Select Internet E-mail and click Next.
Enter the name you would like displayed when you send emails for Your Name (e.g. John Doe) and your SoHoLink email address for the E-mail Address (e.g. firstname.lastname@example.org) field in the User Information section. Set Account Type to POP3. Enter the Incoming mail server and Outgoing mail server (SMTP) both as mail.link.bm in the Server Information section. Enter your SoHoLink email address without the @link.bm (e.g. johndoe) and your password in the Logon Information section. Click the More Settings… button in the lower right-hand corner.
Click on the Outgoing Server tab and check the box My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication. Select Use same settings as my incoming mail server and click OK to save the settings. Click Next back on the Internet E-mail Settings window.
Click Finish. Your email configuration is now complete.
